I am so glad that I found Mount Pleasant Counselling Centre. All therapists here are caring,passionate, and ready to help you with whatever life throws at you. I have found that my depression/anxiety symptoms decrease more and more, after every session. Not only are you taught new coping skills, your therapist walks with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals in life and recovery. I would definitely recommend Mount Pleasant Counselling Centre.
